COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with lager yeast, Czech Saaz and German Hallertau hops, this American-style wheat is a pleasant light-bodied beer.

Hazy golden yellow in color, with a small cloudy head. Cereal maltiness in the aroma, with a bit of yeastiness and lemony acidity. Flavor is quite tart and sour, with some toasted cereal graininess.

On tap @ Dillon Dam poured a clear yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast and a hint of fruittiness with a crisp clean finish.

Light gold and little head. Smells mostly of lemons. Bitter with light wheat. The flavor is sort of wheaty, but slighltly bitter. Nothing much.
