Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grain, husk, slight corn into some hints of bread and dough. Taste was a mix of corn, cereal, hay, slight husk and dough, finishing dry.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear golden with almost no head. Grainy aroma with a bit of wet cardboard. Sweetish flavor of cardboard and some graininess. Light-bodied.

Draft at the Brewpub weeks after they opened in Dingle, Ireland. Pours a golden, amber body with creamy one finger head with light lacing and aggressive carbonation. Aroma is vanilla cream and light fruity notes. Mouthfeel is smooth and medium with nice carbonation and notes of vanilla, cream, hops, light fruit, butter, and a very muted bitterness in the finish. Great session lager!

Bottle. Yellow with virtually no head.Clear appearance and slightly fruity. Some sweetness as well. More like a pale ale than a lager. Tried whilst on holiday in County Cork, October 2013.

Bottle brought home from the brewery by the in laws. Aroma is malty with slight bread and metal. Taste is soft, a bit watery, highly quaffable but not very exciting.

As Tom Crean’s Lager. Simplistic pilsner malts, as expected, with some light herbal notes perhaps. Pleasant surprise they actually list the hop variety (Saaz) on the can, but that doesn’t change the generic appeal. The taste is bubbly and bland, perhaps the lightest of acidity over your standard European mass lager. (33cl can on board of Aer Lingus flight to New York)

Clear golden blonde with grainy nose. Slightly astringent malt, sweetness, medium bodied, gentle carbonation, minimal finish.
