Tap in Dingle. Pale yellow colour with white head. Faintly sweet and bready aroma. Taste is slightly malty, bready, some hops, but quite faint. Light and refreshing. Good for the style.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Old Stand, Mullingar 4.2% bottle
Golden blonde, slight haze, thin white head, slight lacing
Aroma - almost noting, slight pale malt, but no nasty stuff
Taste - sweet pale malt, soft cereal, slight bitter hop, touch of honey, mainly light pale sweet malt, very little hops, not much going on
Palate - soft carb, light body, fairly sweet. Finish as main flavour
Overall - Very clean, soft, pale malt lager, not much hop, easy going, no metallic crap or chemical tasting junk in here - as a simple lager it’s not bad at all, considerably better than the usual macro lager shite

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
On tap @ Murray´s at O´Connell Str, Dublin. Pours golden with a white soon disappearing head. It´s impossible to call this beer disgusting. I don´t call water disgusting. Tasteless and drinkable are better words for this beer and water. And dull. Dull is the right word.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
330ml bottle (Tom Creans Irish Lager). Pours clear gold, a touch watery looking. Not much head. Malt and a little citrus on the nose. Not too thin in the middle. A touch of butter in the finish. Its a pale lager so not going to be mindblowing, but a decent representative of the style.
