Bottle. pale amber color. Malt and hints of apricot in the aroma. Medium to full bodied. malty sweet flavor, slightly perfumed, with floral notes and apricot. Sticky mouthfeel.

Angenehm würziger Antrunk. Vorerst mild wird der Bock schnell mit malziger Unterstützung kräftiger und sogar minimal alkoholisch. Im Mittelteil auch etwas kräuterartig, das Aroma ist klar auf die frische Würzigkeit konzentriert. Zum Ende hin etwas karamellig, weniger malzig, dafür deutlich hopfiger. Spritziger Bock!

Geruch süßlich, malzig. Süßlich beeinflußter Start, der bald danach mehr zum Malz tendiert und noch etwas süßer wirkt. Hier im Mittelteil kommt dann auch der Alkohol mit ins Spiel, wirkt aber nicht übertrieben dominant. Im Schluß weiterhin malzig-süßlich mit ganz leichter Herbe.

Slightly hazy honey golden color, small off-white head. Perfumic, sweetish aroma. Medium to full bodied. Herbal hoppyness, sweet alcoholic. Fruityness. Reasonably malty and sweetish bock.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, big beige foamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is bready malts, some sweet malts as well as some mild notes of liquorice and grassyness. Flavour is being quite much the same with a rather dry bitery finish. Quite different Bock from the very traditional ones.

Aroma is moderate malty, molasses, keller, apple, toffee, sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s bronze-golden and the aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, caramel, candy sugar, raisin and dry grapefruit.

Bottle. Deep amber colour with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma. Taste is malty, slightly bitter and sweet with hints of alcohol. Medium bodied and quite smooth. Very drinkable.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, deep golden with a rough, white head. Clean and very malty nose, Good, solid malt base with very sweet, clean malts with a whiff of flowers. Very subdued bitterness. A very mild and smooth Heller Bock. 120108

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of alcohol and caramel. The flavor is sweet mlaty with strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of alcohol. Nice.
