<i>[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ].</i> Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, molasses, keller, apple, toffee, sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081018]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of alcohol and caramel. The flavor is sweet mlaty with strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of alcohol. Nice.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Malty aroma. Sweet caramel malty with a short dark fruity and light alcohol feel/flavour. Ends mild warming with a light spice note.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, deep golden with a rough, white head. Clean and very malty nose, Good, solid malt base with very sweet, clean malts with a whiff of flowers. Very subdued bitterness. A very mild and smooth Heller Bock. 120108

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, big beige foamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is bready malts, some sweet malts as well as some mild notes of liquorice and grassyness. Flavour is being quite much the same with a rather dry bitery finish. Quite different Bock from the very traditional ones.

Bottle, 7.0%. Clear brown colour. Small head. The flavour is quite malty, with pepper to balance. A little yeast flavour too. The flavour might not be exceptional, but it is very well-balanced.

Slightly hazy honey golden color, small off-white head. Perfumic, sweetish aroma. Medium to full bodied. Herbal hoppyness, sweet alcoholic. Fruityness. Reasonably malty and sweetish bock.

Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s bronze-golden and the aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, caramel, candy sugar, raisin and dry grapefruit.

Bottle. pale amber color. Malt and hints of apricot in the aroma. Medium to full bodied. malty sweet flavor, slightly perfumed, with floral notes and apricot. Sticky mouthfeel.
