Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass black, nice head. Starts strong, but not as strong as exspected. Intense malty, not too roasty. Modest sweet background. Finish a bit milder. Quite drinkable and not bad.

A real good schwarzbier. Dark brown almost black. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Aroma is malty, roasted, some nice hoppy notes too. A great flavor, a harmonic combination of roasted malt and aromatic, herbal hops. Real good. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Roast, ash and pear in the aroma. Thin. Sweetish, roasty flavor with red berries. Sticky mouthfeel, but the lingering roast brings a nice aftertaste.

Draught. Low fluffy off-white lasting head. Clear dark brown body. Malty caramel cocoa aroma. High carbonated caramel grass fruity flavor. Long bitter aftertasted.

Röstiger, schokoladig angehauchter Geruch. Eher herb besetzter Anlauf mit malziger Komponente. Ab der Mitte noch malziger, süßer, bevor das Bier im Abgang röstiger wird und noch eine Spur von Herbe vorzeigen kann.

Clear light dark red brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, dark toasted, light coffee, coal notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark roasted, sweet malt, alcoholfree cereal - bread notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
