Pours an unclear and amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and yeast. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall a beer below average.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy head. Tart fruity and phenolic nose. Rubbery and quite nasty. Thin.

Bottle. Light golden, cloudy, small and fully diminishing head. Light, malty – lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, some fruitiness and some banana, light yeast. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and faint banana with faint yeast. Finish is short to average, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, light fruitiness, faint hoppyness. Lightly sweetish hefe - OK but nothing special.

Geruch sehr hefig - butterartig. Hefig-sahniger Auftakt, etwas Fruchtigkeit in der Mitte. Diese ist aber nur spärlich vertreten. Am Ende säuerlicher und herber.

Bottle: Pale golden, cloudy, smaller - rather quickly diminishing - white foam; bananas and yeast in the sweetish-sourish nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite light bodied, but soft; sweetish yeasty-wheaty finish. Not bad, not bad........

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a huge, but non-persistent and slightly yellow frothy head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and sour aroma with a light wheat-character, accompanied by notes of lemon and vanilla. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Surprisingly barley-malt-accented taste with rather modest wheaty notes and a citrus-fruity touch with a tinge of banana; the finish is moderately fruity, slightly sourish and tart. Refreshing stuff, but not a very wheaty one (17.III.09).
