Geruch sehr hefig - butterartig. Hefig-sahniger Auftakt, etwas Fruchtigkeit in der Mitte. Diese ist aber nur spärlich vertreten. Am Ende säuerlicher und herber. HW mit dominant-hefigem Touch. Geht so.Test vom 17.6.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Bottle: Pale golden, cloudy, smaller - rather quickly diminishing - white foam; bananas and yeast in the sweetish-sourish nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite light bodied, but soft; sweetish yeasty-wheaty finish. Not bad, not bad........

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAR 18, 2009
(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a huge, but non-persistent and slightly yellow frothy head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and sour aroma with a light wheat-character, accompanied by notes of lemon and vanilla. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Surprisingly barley-malt-accented taste with rather modest wheaty notes and a citrus-fruity touch with a tinge of banana; the finish is moderately fruity, slightly sourish and tart. Refreshing stuff, but not a very wheaty one (17.III.09).
