Keg at Carls Brauhaus, Stuttgart, 08/02/15. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malt, grain, straw, light citric notes, cereals. Taste comprises lemon, grass, paper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, seim drying close. Adequate pils, relatively clean but lacks a little depth.

Sweet pils aroma with a low floral hop aroma. Appearance is a slightly hazy straw color with a white head. Flavor tastes like a watered down pils with a light floral hop flavor. The finish is slightly sweet. Mouthfeel is light with medium carbonation. Overall, it's a poor quality Pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Edelweiss in Staunton. served in a mug, nice head retention. Light aroma of cereal and something tart, a touch metallic. Light flavor learning towards citric and bitter. Still a bit of a sweet lingering flavor. Not quite crisp.

*Old rating. Best before 12.07.10. 0,5l. Nice crisp and bitter beer. Fresh, easy to drink and nicely bittered. Nice Pils.

Half liter can from Ales Unlimited. Pours a clear copper with a large fizzy white head. Nose of malt, a bit of corn, mild grassy hops. The taste is bready malt, bisquit, almost buttery. Mild, grassy hops bitterness to balance. Dry finish. Moderate carbonation. I think this is an outstanding / refreshing German Pilsner that captures the taste and flavors I like and expect. Unfortunately a beer like this rarely gets the respect it deserves...

Can at home; present from my mates Hardy & Elsa. Pours golden, clear, with a white head. Aroma of grass, hay, bread. Quite sweet, little bitter finish. Too sweet for my taste.
