Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, straw, light to moderate hoppy, grass, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. A yellow beer with a white head. Both the aroma and flavor aer sweet and dominated by notes of straw - somewhat boring.

(Bottle 50 cl) Classical golden pilsener with a rather handsome head. Mild and well balanced with only a hint of hops. Malty and pleasant but could do with a bit more personality. 080802

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge off-white and creamy head. Mild malt aroma, slight cramel note and light grassy bitter too. Flavour is light bitter and mild cornish at first. Followed by a mild spice note and a more solid bitterness. Goes into a dry and light spiced/bitter finish.

Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is maize, malts and some slight hops. Flavour is hops, maize and sweet malts. Quite watery, but still ok to drink, even though the maizeishness.

Light straw colour. Bleached foam. Aroma of damp hay, uric acid. Light body. Very dry, to the point of scratchiness. No malt at all. It takes skill to achieve that kind of lightness and imbalance.
