Clear light straw color witha a soft peak egg white head. Light pale malt with a touch of noble hops. Slight malt on the tip and then very late in the finish. Fairly thin and light bodied. Some acidic qualities that are very cleansing to the palate. Mid level german pils.

Draught: Aroma of Pils malts, citrus, banana, and citrus hops. Poured pale gold in color with a medium-sized, creamy, white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Very lightly sparkling. Medium bitter flavor. Tastes of bubblegum, Hellertau hops, Pils malts, banana, and some spice I cannot identify. Light to medium body. Chalky texture. Soft to average carbonation. Bitter bubblegum and hop finish.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Dogbrick (4843) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 12, 2002

This is a bright yellow lager in the tradition of the best German Pilsners. This is crisp and clean with a well-rounded malt basis. Good Pils choice.
2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20 after4ever (4500) - Brier, Washington, USA - MAY 13, 2007
Draft at Uber. Straw colored body with a thicky, fluffy white head. Rotten nose; wet leaves and off notes I can’t quite ID. This would definitely be a toss as a homebrew. Medium body and tingly carb; more of those wet leaves and some acridity. Is that acidulated malt that went bad or something? Bilious finish. Genuinely, thoroughly unpleasant.

Clear straw gold. Grainy brewer’s cereal aroma with skunky hop euro-lager smell. Same on the palate, slightly salty finish, bitter. Not bad.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 muzzlehatch (4425) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - APR 29, 2002
Very clear light golden appearance; medium fast-disappearing head. Aroma contains a bit of fresh grass and grains, but also some skunkiness; better than a lot of German green-bottle-gunk, but not great. Flavor on the sweet side for a pils, slightly low carbonation, some hoppiness comes through but also some staleness. Reasonably bitter finish; somewhat watery body. Reasonably tolerable beer, but there are many better out there...

Tap. Clear golden color with a minimal white head. Malty aroma. Sweet malty flavors with a medium length moderately bitter finish. Dry.
