COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Since the premature death of Mrs Claus, our very naughty Santa now enjoys the services of his own personal Knobgoblon all year round. Not one to share, he would like to give you, as an alternative, this rich, dark, warming, Winter ale, which combines a good warming malt body, with a pleasantly hopped aftertaste. Grrrrrr, find yer own Knobgoblin!

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2011 (bottled) Wow this looks da bomb in a ’ traditonal mug’ , resembles the prefect ESB but at once takes on a Germanic Bock vibe . Cool regardless of nationality : Looks great , tastes decent, like an ex-girlfriend., In the mouth its chocolaty -with caramel malt notes intertgrated with earthy hops ,butterscotch texture , maybe some dry roastiness . An easy to sink beer ,pleasant.

Bottle. Copper with a thin foam. Aromas are toffee and chocolate with some smokiness. Raisins with light tea. Flavours are dry and earthy with caramel and tea. Chocolate with weetabix and peppery yeast. Dry and lightly fruity on the finish. Decent.
