gold to orange in colour, very intense haze, pineapple and banana aromas in the nose, a lot of fruit-aroma without any sweetness, the finish is extremely dry.

Jun 27, 2008 Bottle. Orange gold with a white head. Aromas are caramel and wheat with banana and tinned tropical fruit. Flavours are sweet malts with soft creamy notes. Some bubblegum with fruit and gentle spices. Refreshing.

Jun 21, 2008 500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Typical wheat, though perhaps the parts are pulling together better because I quite like this one. Slight bubblegum, pineapple and savlon aroma. Slight murky golden-orange appearance. Crisp carbonation. A dirty and fragrant beer. Quite attractive and drinkable.

May 2, 2008 from a 500 ml bottle. Pours a nice cloudy, straw color with a great rocky head. Aromas of clove and banana abound. a nice smooth mouthfeel to this beer, alcohol in keeping with style. overall a very good example of the style

Mar 18, 2008 The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Fine foam. Tastes very frutiy and fresh, the finish not too sourish. Really good hefeweizen!

Head is initially large, frothy, rocky, white, fully lasting.
Body is hazy medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (bread), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of banana and gum.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Medium body, creamy texture, soft/lively carbonation.
Very pleasant example. More phenols in the nose might be nice to balance the big esters, but overall it’s damned solid.
