COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Light metallic hops, otherwise fat malty aroma. Golden, low head. Srats on a sugary malt note, spicy, grain notes, good broad hop bitterness, aromatic play. Chewy mouthfeel, sparkly. Light sulphur retronasal.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a big and minimally off-white foamy head. Slightly biscuity (cara-)malty aroma with notes of herbal hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Fresh and quite hearty malt-character with delicate notes of caramel underneath, accompanied by herbal hoppy notes, leading into a rounded bitter-sweet and slightly bready finish. Solid quality Märzen. 29.IV.12

bottle, with thanks to pivnizub! Clear golden yellow, large white head. Grainy malt flavours, shy hints of honey. This beer has a quite nice aromatic hop profile, slightly floral. Good one.
