Bottle, 5.2%. Clear pale yellow colour. Nice stable white head, a bit plasticky. A bit of malt in the flavour. Actually tastes a bit alcoholic in spite of the fact that it is no stronger than most German beers.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very much foam. Dry aroma. Tastes not dry, but spicy. Well balanced finish. Good beer.

Pale golden beer with just off-white head leaving very good lace. Fine hoppiness over lots of pale malts and vanilla. No more bitterness in the taste, just malt, but rounded off in a vegetable way. Medium bodied, bit slick. Rather dull lager.

Bottle: Slightly grainy nose with a citrousy touch; pale golden, mid-sized fluffy head, rather quickly collapsing; light to medium bodied, robust sweetish-bitter flavour; sweet malt in the finish, ending with a delicate, citrousy, almost herbal hoppiness. Mild and good.........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big but non-persisting foamy white head. Slighty sweet malty, nutty aroma with herbal spice. Medium-sweet flavour, malt-accented taste with herbal hoppy notes, light to medium body with a smooth carbonation; light bitter, slightly papery malty finish with shy notes of hops. Mediocre Export.

300ml vom fass at a very nice place called Nil Café am See in Mittlerer Schlossgarten in Stuttgart. Pretty appearance with a clear bright yellow colour. Small head. Grassy aroma. A weak hint of hops in a very light flavour. Sparkly impression. Best as a quencher on a warm and sunny Monday like this (24.04.2006).
