COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fiery color and unique thirst quenching hop profile give this amber ale a signature all its own. Hand-selected Cascade hops from the NorthWest United States provide a distinct citrus flavor, while still allowing for a subtle malty sweetness.

Great tasting beer. Strong flavor with minimal aftertaste. Creamy head and hoppy hoppy! Great fresh beer made right at the district. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewpub as "Velvet Amber". Amber body with a durable and creamy head. Nice mix of his and malts, with the good more evident than usual for style. Mild.
Earlier Rating: 6/24/2015 Total Score: 3
On tap at the brewpub. Medium dark amber body with a good head. Typically malty for style with about equal sweetness and bitterness. Medium body and carbonation.

Geruch cremig und nach Sahne-Karamell. Geschmack relativ süß, aber auch Bittere im Nachgeschmack. Wenig Besonderes, aber ganz gut gemacht. Etwas pappig.

(On Tap) Clear deep coppery brown with good dense white head. Subtle aroma of toffee, seaweed and citrus. Nice mouthfeel - medium body, slightly silky with bright carbonation. Nice caramel / toffee malt with some balancing vegetable / seaweed notes that develop into some pleasant bitterness in finish. Amber is not my favorite style but this is good - the extra hops make it interesting.

Quite foul. Glad I didn’t have a pint of this. Pours golden slightly amber. Rust and chemical varnish that didn’t work to clean it off. Tap at brewpub.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours clear amber with a medium sizes off white head and solid retention. The aroma has caramel malt and sone floral notes. The taste is semi hoppy but has a big sweet caramel finish . But bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
