COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fiery color and unique thirst quenching hop profile give this amber ale a signature all its own. Hand-selected Cascade hops from the NorthWest United States provide a distinct citrus flavor, while still allowing for a subtle malty sweetness.

Pours light brown from tap with a thin white head. A bit of biscuit on the nose. The biscuit on the tongue is a bit more pronounced twinned with some caramel malt. Finish lingers a bit which means I probably wouldn’t session with this.

Reviewed from notes. Pours amber with a white head. Mild lacing. Nose is amber malt with some biscuit and bread. Slight hops. Taste is pretty much just toast with some moderate bitterness. With the body this works fairly well. Good drinkability and a well made beer. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 11-09-2010

Copper/amber coloured body with a thin tan head. Aroma of malt, nuts and not much else. Medium to Light-bodied; Mild malty flavours with caramel, nuts, raisins and some pitted fruits in. Aftertaste shows mild characteristics with only some nuts and malt going through - pretty bland indeed. Overall, a decent beer, good as an escape from some of the stronger beers, but that’s about it. I sampled this beer on draught in June 2010.

Tap. Amber on Nitro pour. Clear copper color, thick-off white head of cream. Much more pine aroma is apparent than the other Amber Ale Chophouse offers. Creamy smooth mouthfeel mellows out the bittering hops, adds to flavor. Nice toasted cereal flavor balanced out with a sharp bitter hop.
