Mar 2, 2005 Pours a orangish gold. Aroma of rock candy, hay, and a mild citrus. Flavor is rock candy, hay, mild horseblanket, mild citrus, some light fruits. Alcohol was very well hidden. Was very drinkable for the gravity. Very solid triple.

Feb 21, 2005 a think cloudy orange color. my stuffed noise couldn’t get alot of aroma, but the flavor with sweet and citrus. too boozy though...

Feb 14, 2005 from tap at RFD strong beer tasting. notes: appearance: cloudy, medium amber. aroma: very yeasty, banana and estery notes. taste: huge malty, sweet finish, with a bit of funk, and ample evidence of the alcohol content.

Feb 10, 2005 Minimal off-white head and cloudy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, candi sugar, light orange, pepper. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, candi sugar, orange, some pepper, alcohol. Full body, some stickiness, light acidity. A bit strong for the style, and lacks the dryness in that you expect in the finish, but enjoyable nonetheless.
