Cask. No head atop clear amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, peach, some orange. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, peach. Light-medium body, light resin, chalk. Not seeing how this is Belgian, but presumably Belgian yeast was involved.

Pours a light amber brown color with a white head and a bt of lacig. The nose is nice with some pale malt and zligt earth.and floral notes. Taste is more of the pale malt but still pretty decent. Lift feel with a bit of bitterness. Drinks well and was one of their better offerings. Presentation: 16 oz draft offering. Menu notes style, OG/FG (14.7/1/9), and Alc. by Vol. (6.7). Served on a pint shaker glass. A - Pale amber serving with small head, short retention with fair surface memory and some lacing. S - Maybe a bit too cold to shine. It offers a faint yeasty sense, with a touch of malty sweetness. T - Touch of sweetness over a lightly malty body with a faint Belgium sense. Tiny hoppy feel lingering in the finish over the sweet note. M - Light-medium body with small-medium carbonation and a bit of watery sense in the finish. D - It’s a nice quaffer, maybe a tad to easy to drink given the Alc. this is not a session beer... A bit off the style at least in the spicy touches, and astringent undercurrent that I sometimes find in others. This take works for me though... Notes: Maybe not as memorable as some of the seasonals or brewer’s marker that I’ve a chance to try over the last year but still pretty solid and pleasing.
