2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with a light note of malt. The flavor is grainy and malty but thin - so thin, that it is not even good on a hot and humid summer day in DC, as I had it.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at Brewpub - RBSG DC 06
Golden color, white head, nice lacing. Nose of diacetyl and pale malt. Some lemony cream and a touch of creamyness. The flavor is grassy, some pale malt and a bit of husk. Finishes wet and a bit dry and bitter.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
On tap, DC location, 2006 RBSG pubcrawl. Pours a pale yellow with a small fizzy white head that settled to a thin film. Moderate fine visible carbonation. Aroma is of very light crystal malt and light corn. Flavor is pretty minimal, but certainly not offensive like many brewpub Lights. Mouthfeel is thin with fizzy carbonation. Overall, about what youd expect, watery and weak, but at least it was drinkable.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Crisp watery yellow with a soupy head. The aroma is slight. The flavor has a bit of a burst of straw malt. Not too much in the way of hops. A bit of fruit.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
At District ChopHouse DC. Pours clear golden with a white head. Very grainy, slightly sour and musty aroma. Flavor of spent grain, old un-fresh hops, with notes of hay, light lemon and a tinge of sourness. Lacking sweetness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Not that good at all.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Yellow, fizzy, cold. A bit of lemon in the aroma, even candy--curious. But it finishes lightly dry and a little like corn. Not terrible, thanks to the flavors, but not good. A little thin in the mouth. (on tap at brewpub)

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Draft... Clear, light yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. The nose is a touch grainy, but mostly nondescript. Regarding flavor, theres just not much there. Tastes much like any light lager brewed up and spit out by B, M or C. Weird hop combination. Light-bodied and a bit creamy with medium carbonation. Thin, watery finish.
