This straw-colored brew is fashioned after great American light Lagers. Flavorful while being easy to drink makes this Lager a year round favorite.

Draught at Brewpub - RBSG DC 06 Golden color, white head, nice lacing. Nose of diacetyl and pale malt. Some lemony cream and a touch of creamyness. The flavor is grassy, some pale malt and a bit of husk. Finishes wet and a bit dry and bitter.

Overall Impression: I found this beer to be better then I expected. I mean it is a boring style, so you don’t get a ton of excitement out of it usually, but this one at least was crisp, clean, and refreshing, and for it’s style, more of a quality selection (vs. its own style) then most of their other offerings that I sampled.

4 oz pour on draft at District ChopHouse. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of corn, wheat, citrus, light caramel. Tastes of malt, citrus, wheat. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Fine for what it is.

Reviewed from notes. Pours a clear yellow straw color with plenty of visible carbonation bubbles and a nice white head. The nose brings some light grain and not too much else. No vegetables or cardboard, which is a plus here. Taste is similar with mild grain. Light body and really nice drinkability, especially when compared against its "peers." Tap. Clear golden yellow, thin white head. Crisp clean refreshing. A touch of cereal corn \ wheat. Aroma is light malt. Basic and boring.... for the commoners.

On tap at the pub. Pale yellow beer with a thin fizzy head. Aresol hairspray nose. Bready malts with citrus/lemon notes and some corn. Not much to this beer, but nothing overtly offensive.

Pours golden from tap with an inch of white foam. Not a lot of aroma. Clean, crisp taste with a full, rich, creamy finish. Finishes clean.

Yellow, fizzy, cold. A bit of lemon in the aroma, even candy--curious. But it finishes lightly dry and a little like corn. Not terrible, thanks to the flavors, but not good. A little thin in the mouth. (on tap at brewpub)
