Light corn is notable in the malty aroma. Clear deep golden-amber coloured body is topped by a decent, off white head that lasts well. Lightly fruity flavour has some creamed corn and grainy malt character offset by very gentle bitterness. Medium light body with soft bubbled carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub in April/May (?) 2007.

Bright golden-brown colour. Slightly malty aroma with a fair bit of diacetyl. Sweet, smooth honey and caramel character with a hint of nuts. The diacetyl is less pronounced in the flavour.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2005 On tap at the pub. Amber coloured with a thick creamy off-white head. Aroma of light malt and faint citrus. Well balanced flavour with some actual cream ale character. Light malt, faint fruit, caramel, and a bit of citrusy hop flavour. Nothing special or particularly adventurous, but it’s okay.
