Pours a nice orange with a creamy head and nice lacing. Aroma is lightly sweet with lovely fresh grassy hops. Holy lupulin batman! Nice oily hops, light maltiness, good crisp finish. Astringent, fresh, yum! Good body & carb. Could use a touch more malt. Nice!

Jul 19, 2008 Very hoppy aroma. A massive body offsets the hops, but overall the high alcohol unbalances an otherwise excellent beer.

Jul 19, 2008 Had this from a cask at Central City’s Cask Festival. Cloudy, with a fair amount of particulate. Very thin amber head with a hint of citrus in the nose. Big body. Mildly alcoholic in the end - surprise surprise. This is an excellent IPA.

Feb 23, 2008 Downtown Dix. A bit cold, letting her warm up. Active carbonation, a decent mouthfeel, a competent IPA, 8.2% ABV, a decent mouthfeel, drinkable. C hop in aroma and taste.

Nov 10, 2007 Pint. Amber with a creamy head. Light aromatic citrus hop nose. Aggressive lasting hop flavours and sweet malt. Don’t notice the alcohol. Nice balance. Chewy juicy citrus.
