Dix Scotch Ale

Nice, firm but on the lighter voluminious side. On tap at the brewpub, where cowboys speak with an "eh?"

Deep orange-brown beer, thin white head. Caramel malt aroma faint cherry aroma with a touch of toast. Thin body. Flavour is semi-sweet up front, thin through the middle, fairly tart finish. No peat, no chewy malts, WTF? Doesn’t really do it for me.

Golden-brown colour. Lightly malty, with hints of toffee in the aroma. Slightly tart, but otherwise a light, clean, vaguely toffeeish affair. Faint cracker note in the finish.

Sparkling brown with tan head.Great carmel malt nose. Lightly carmelized malt flavor with no noticeable alcohol heat
