12 oz. bottle from a shaker. This beer has "New Orleans Slow Brewed" on the label, but is brewed in Monroe, Wisconsin by Minhas. This is complete crap. They are lucky I don’t give this beer the worst ranking possible. How is this crap not false advertisement. Before I start my rate, I am going to RANT. DON’T BUY THIS LIE. Aroma is abnoxiously sweet like other cheap, cheap Minhas "brews." Taste is a swill of harsh carbonation, overt sweetness, and a sour finish.

Mild yeast aroma. Pale yellow with a one finger head that quickly evaporates. A soft malt and yeasty taste. Barely bitter or with a hint of sourness to it. Despite having any distinct qualities it is on the refreshing side and pleasant to drink. I’d take this one over most typical Pale Lager macro-brews.

Tried long ago before the Louisiana brewery closed down. 355ml bottle poured pale golden color with small white head and a few spots of lacing. Aroma of grains and some hops. Taste is light malty sweetness and a moderate hoppy bitterness. A decent lager.

Not the most exciting of beers but certainly not the worst. Based on some information from other beer tasters, this brew was something of a big surprise. Well the big surprise for me was that there was no big surprise. It is your average pale lager which carried with it a distinct adjunct lager quality and characteristic. So basically if you want something with alcohol in it and with very little taste or distinction then by all means choose this brew and enjoy the results of your decision-making process. As for me, there are other pale lagers that would be much more worthy of consumption.

Pours a typical clear straw color, with white head. Not much aroma. Taste is of a typical lager, Drinkable, and just a little different.

Nothing too special. The beer has a weak sweet corn soufle flavor, maybe cut with a little rice. Should put this name on a better beer.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a small white head that quickly dies. The beer has a light citrus hops aroma with a slight sourness mixed with a even lighter bready maltiness. The taste was light and lightly dry and tasted of light hops on the citrus side and a very light maltiness that bordered on bready and grainy. A medium body and lightly dry aftertaste.

Standard macro aroma, but with a slight twist....has presence of something else thats hard to identify. Perhaps slight hops mixed with some almonds.

Pours yellow fizz, nothing special there. Taste is mostly corn, but again has two interesting things going on: (1) There are at least some hops (very little), to at least offer a vague suggestion of counterpoint, and (2) There is some other taste going on that hard to identify. I overwhelming feel like its a nutty flavor; pecans? almonds? peanuts? However, overwhelming taste is sweet corn

All in all not a terrible beer, but nothing exceptional. Does go nice with some boiled seafood.
