Great beer and the only beer to drink in New Orleans (maybe a couple of Abita beers) but when in Rome... This beer is brewed to go well with Cajun food and it does taste great. A southern classic! Respect the Dixie.

Great beer! Goes super with crawfish stew or any other cajun food. This is the beer to drink down in New Orleans!

When I was stationed at Ft. Rucker, Al at the Flight School in the 90’s, this stuff was one of my favorite brews at the bar ’The Zone’ in Enterprise, Al. We dance the night away with the local girls and swilled this down by the gallon. I loved the flavor, aroma and the patate was a real salvation for me at least, I loved Oly in the North West and this was the only thing close.

I really enjoyed this brew. Very distinct taste. It’s crisp and refreshing. I really like the taste. It goes well with Cajun food. Probably my favorite beer.

I really do enjoy a good Dixie...some alligator boulettes, and I’m in heaven!
