2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Nice for its style. A golden yellow color with a white head that faded away quickly. Aroma had a nice sweet malt note to it and a mild hop bitterness. Flavor had good sweet malt notes and some mild corn flavor. A crisp smooth mouth-feel. Although it was a little one dimensional it was still enjoyable.

1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
I just didnít like it. Horrible aftertaste. I kept wondering if I had a bad batch. I didnít smell much of an aroma at all. Very lightly colored. The taste wasnít bad until the aftertaste hit you. Very bitter. Like it needed to ferment longer. I wanted to like it, because I had read of characters in books drinking a Dixie Beer, and it had that done home thought attached to it. Sorry I canít rate it higher.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured gold, hazy, small white head. Aroma of fruit and grain, but not too strong. Taste is sweet and malty, fruit notes, biscuit notes. Refreshing, drinkable, not bad for what it is.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle golden pour with vaporising white head. Not much aroma maybe Apple and corn. Sweet acidic fruity taste with grain and corn. Thin palate low carbonation better than the major US lagers but only just. Tick for Louisiana state

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A simple Lager with a bit of corn and some malt in its taste. Cannot remember any real aromas but that one hat a bit of acid in the finish. Not bad at all.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund, US state number 19 / 51 for me. The beer has got a clear golden colour with an low head and medium to thin body. Aroma of mild hops and malt. Taste of mild hops, malt, straw and barley. Mild fruity hints. Refreshing, yet with an unpleasant thin strawy finish. Drinkable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
For being what it is, a North American Lager, I think this was really a good beer (far better than Miller, Budweiser etc.). Rather sweet in taste, but after all those IPAs (and there are faaaaaaar to many of them, try and brew something else????), I found it very refreshing. Will drink again next time I come to New Orleans, sure sir!

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
12 fl oz bottle from BOTW (Rochester), served cool in a tulip glass.
App.: Clear deep golden with a frail off-white head.
Aroma: Lots of diacetyl, a little sweet corn/grain maltiness, maybe a touch of pepperiness from the hops.
Palate: Medium body, full carbonation, not slick as expected from the diacetyl.
Flav.: Lots of diacetyl with an odd fruitiness, kinda gross; off-dry with minimal bitterness and a buttery/fruity/nasty finish.
The first of the stash from Rochester. Not a good start!
