very light and unimpressive, taste more like the warter in the missippi delta as opposed to choice hops, select grains and pure yeast.

I just didn’t like it. Horrible aftertaste. I kept wondering if I had a bad batch. I didn’t smell much of an aroma at all. Very lightly colored. The taste wasn’t bad until the aftertaste hit you. Very bitter. Like it needed to ferment longer. I wanted to like it, because I had read of characters in books drinking a Dixie Beer, and it had that done home thought attached to it. Sorry I can’t rate it higher.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured gold, hazy, small white head. Aroma of fruit and grain, but not too strong. Taste is sweet and malty, fruit notes, biscuit notes. Refreshing, drinkable, not bad for what it is.

Bottle golden pour with vaporising white head. Not much aroma maybe Apple and corn. Sweet acidic fruity taste with grain and corn. Thin palate low carbonation better than the major US lagers but only just. Tick for Louisiana state

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Standard American lager really. Refreshing, light on body and flavour. Faintly sweet

A simple Lager with a bit of corn and some malt in its taste. Cannot remember any real aromas but that one hat a bit of acid in the finish. Not bad at all.

Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund, US state number 19 / 51 for me. The beer has got a clear golden colour with an low head and medium to thin body. Aroma of mild hops and malt. Taste of mild hops, malt, straw and barley. Mild fruity hints. Refreshing, yet with an unpleasant thin strawy finish. Drinkable.

For being what it is, a North American Lager, I think this was really a good beer (far better than Miller, Budweiser etc.). Rather sweet in taste, but after all those IPAs (and there are faaaaaaar to many of them, try and brew something else????), I found it very refreshing. Will drink again next time I come to New Orleans, sure sir!
