ucusty (1215), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Sep 4, 2008 Muddy brown pour, very weird looking. Creamy tan head. Molasses and sweet malts on the nose. Malty flavor with a hoppy hint dmac (887), Toms River, New Jersey, USA Oct 30, 2007 12 oz bottle purchased at the Oak. Pours a horrible looking brown body with a lighter upper brown body, imagine an iced tea sitting in the sun for a half hour and that lighter shade from ice melting and combining with the iced tea. A small creamy light tan head that disipates quicker then I can type. Aroma of malts combined with a wierd honey, grape jelly scent. Flavor is sweet malt more like an amber then a dark lager. Drinkable but nothing to write home about. TheBeerMaster (100), Little Falls, New Jersey, USA Sep 27, 2007 Cidery, with a touch of hops. Deep amber color, reminiscent of the silhouette of the mosquito in Jurassic Park. Tastes a lot like something I’d love to wash crawfish down with, which I suppose makes sense, given that it’s from Louisiana. TheBeerGod (43), Aurora, Illinois, USA Sep 27, 2007 Pours with very little head, looks almost like a soda when finished. Deep, dark almost crimson color, with very inviting aroma. Sweet, light taste, malty. kp (6300), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 03/09/1996
