This is one that could make me eat my words on needing bigger samples. Most beers I will maintain that you need to try more than once and with a good size sample. I've had this more than one and might get a tattoo to show that I'm that tough.

Big vanilla nose. The flavor is light on vanilla but strong in malty/sherry notes. The body is on the light side and the finish is dry sherry.

Ewwwwwwwwwww, this was sooooo gross they even deleted my rating last night of it...ha ha ha! Ambery color with no head and no carbonation...but oh dear god what it that...its smells like cake frosting....and and and...stale milk and chocolate bar...and rancid milk...and VOMIT!!!!! It tastes just like what a can of whoop ass would taste like....if you could taste whoop ass of course. Putrid cake frosting rancid milk taste. Go to the supermarket, go get the candy "Whoppers"..taste one then taste this..almost exactly the same...just gross as hell....we should feed this to rats to control their population...or maybe we could just give it to DaSilky1 ;)

What the fuck is with all of the chocolate flavor. It does smell like cake frosting. Weird , due to the strong chocolate presence with the dehydrated piss color. Too much flavor. I'd rather enjoy a choclate bar with a good beer.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2003 strong aroma of cake frosting..the air turns to pure gaseous sugar..it hurt my eyes..the color was very bright yellow, slightly cloudy, and sporting just a thin halo of white bubbles..ugh..sweetness and artificialness..with a watery mouthfeel..and a taste almost exaclty like extra sugary cream soda..some tinfoil taste at the end...if it was less sweet, it would make a good cream soda..but as it is now, its going down the drain.

I love white chocolate. Can't say the same about this beer. The aroma was pretty straight forward - sweet white chocolate. Nothing else. Poured a clear yellow gold with a white head that instantly vanished. Flavor was of sugary white chocolate with an Easter candy aftertaste. Lightly carbonated. Absolutely no beer flavor whatsoever. Nice idea, bad execution.

Sweet artificial flavor. I split this tiny bottle with two friends. Stangely, I found myself taking many tiny sips...something kept drawing me back for "one more taste". I eventually got sick of it and poured what was left down the drain. Interesting, but once is enough.

This is an interesting brew. It tastes good at first, but quickly becomes overpowering after about the third or fourth sip. I tried mixing it with Guinness, and found that it makes a very enjoyable coctail. The two opposing tastes compliment each other very well, and I would recommend it to others. Mix 1 draught can Guinness Stout w/ 1 7oz bottle White Moose.
