Bottle@Home. Very strong aroma of chocolate with some coffee. The darkest brown I’ve ever seen, light brown great looking head, very nice lace, pours very thick. Sweet, bitter, coffee but mainly milk chocolate, a bit dusty, black currant. Certainly not thin but compared to how a poured not that much body. Long lasting finish. Goes down easily although 8.5% ABV. Lovely. Can’t remember who sent it to me but thanks a lot!

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle. Lots of charcoal and Band-Aids in this. There’s tons of booze as well as chocolate. Not impressed.

Jun 6, 2008 aroma :i get too much alc. and aged beer for my taste. App: black. Blocks out the sun 100% when i try to look through my glass. nice thick light-brown head, taste : nuts, roasted stuff, coffee , good aftertaste, sweet notes, too much alc. burn , sort of feels like chilli. Taste improved as it got warmer, still the alc. burn though. Overall a stout with no major problems, but still not worthy of being called a damn good beer.

Jun 2, 2008 HBF 2008. Dark bron coloured. Lots of chocolate and coffee in the taste. Also bitterness of hops. Quite strong aftertaste. Also tested 150508 with FatPhil and Mirjukka.

May 27, 2008 Nice black beer with a very hoppy and burned after taste. It’s not that complex but not as watery as the Son of Nekron.

Scent:nice hops, roasted malts dryish
Taste:bit sweet, hops dark bitter , full bodied , chocolate aftertaste dryish. Very nice porter. This was my first " lambic " of this event. I just wasn’t able to resist temptation after long ride by coach and underground through whole metropolitan area.
