Deep dark brown coloured. Coffee and licorice in the nose. Hints of roasted malts, coffee and vanilla taste. Slightly better to my taste than the Stout.

When I first had it, I liked it better than I do now. It’s wonderfully burned in the taste but also a tad watery. The aftertaste is quite bitter.

Bottled @ Aarhus beerfestival 2008. Aged version. Dark color. Aroma of oak, coffee, roasted malt, rye. Malty taste, bit sticky good bitterness. Nice. Tap @ Aarhus beerfestival 2008. Dark color. Coffee and malty aroma, not the aged notes. Still nice taste of coffee and bitterness. 3.7.
