On tap at Henrik. Very dark brown with an off-white head. Hoppy aroma with pine, (tropical) fruits and citrus. The dark aromas emerges after a while. Roasted malt with chocolate and dark fruits. Moderate sweet with hoppy flavours, chocolate and fruits. Finishes quite bitter and citrusy. The dark flavours are a bit overpowered by the hoppy ones. Needs some temperature to get the balance right. Medium body and pretty average carbonation. Quite refreshing and nice. (2013-04-25)

Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is smooth and light. Mild creamy malt, trace of marmite. A mild hop bitterness provides balance. Very mild citrus. Finishes smooth and dry with mellow bitter linger and mild lactose. Oddly - quite drinkable.

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours dark brown with an off-white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, liquorice, and hops. Flavour is roasted malt and liquorice with a bitter, hoppy finish.

The taste was just fine but the palate was way off. It grew in your mouth in a quite unpleasent way. Too bad.

Bottled. Pours dark brown with a creamy large beige head. The aroma is pine, grapefruit, licorice and light peaches. The flavour is dark roasted, pine, licorice, grapefruit and fresh fruit. Very creamy texture. Great!

Lovley seductive black, with a thin cream head. Caramel and hints of hops in the aroma. Taste is balanced between the coffee bitterness and the floral, bitter hops. A very drinkable black IPA indeed :)

Bottle at home. Pours very dark Brown with a nice brown head. Good fruity, hoppy aroma, also some roastiness. Nice bitternes at first, then some roasted flavours. Finishes with a good bitternes.
