COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Eklipse er en let og forfriskende bryg, hvor vi har ladet malten træde i baggrunden for at give plads til amerikansk og new zealandsk humle. I folkemunde en pale ale - i djævlemunde en Satans god tørstslukker!

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with huge, frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, hoppy nose with orange peel, dried apricots, honey and floral hops. Slightly perfumy aroma. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grainy malt, dried apricots, grapefruit, toffee and a generous floral/citric bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Draught. Slightly unclear amber beer with a small off white head, Aroma is mostly hoppy with some light caramel. Fruity, flowery. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter. Light bodied, maybe a not quite fresh and crisp enough for such a low ABV.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 07.02.2012. Rated on 5.6.2011
Aroma is fresh with grape-like hops. A biy stale flavour has hops, grape and some bready malt. Very good anyway when looking at the low ABV.

Bottle 50cl. A unclear orange-golden colour with a large, creamy, off-white head. An aroma om malt, caramel and hops. Some toasted notes. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a long finish.

Draught at København Ølfestival 2010
Hazy golden color. The aroma, although mild, shows some good hops. The mouthfeel is dry, rather weak; strong bitterness; could be suitable for the summer, but then it doesn’t have the necessary freshness.
