English: An accumbent experience; that is one way of describing the adventure ’Nekron’. A discrete smoky character from both peat and beech smoked malt defines the bottom layer. In the middle, a light caramel sweetness and the vinous alchohol take over. The roasted malts and barley add notes of coffee, chocolate, and roasted rye bread. The moderate hop bitterness mixes willingly with the whole. Nekron can easily stand alone but enjoys the company of heavier dishes or chocolate rich desserts.

Pitch black with a nice dense brown head. Intense aroma of roasted, sleightly smoked malts, raw liquirice and a bit of tar. Nice broad flavor, with bitter hobs comming through, but with pure chocolate and again liquirice as the dominating bitterness that really really sticks. Bitter chocolate finish.

[Bottle, thanks Marsiblursi] Black with dark head that diminishes quickly. Strong coffee taste, somewhat bitter, roasted taste comes through. Also possibly a little bit of a fruity taste there, although I’m not sure what it is. Nice one.

Bottled. Thanks Marsiblursi. Black with brown head. Smooth and velvetty aroma with cocoa, lavender up front and tad smokey. Chewy mouthfeel and very flavourful and also very salty. Lots of salvia here, with backup from black currant and juniper. A foreign Stout to me, with, I’d guess 50 IBU’s.
