4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dark coppery colored with cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Weird christmas spicy gingery-caardamom aroma with hints of raisins and hops, mild alcohol also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is also interesting with same ginger dominating with mild port wine and caramel. Aftertaste dries strongly with still this spiciness and thin positive cardboard and mild alcohol. Interesting though different devil here.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Fad.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy red amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Fruity and vineous aroma with some cherry. Strong licorice notes. A hint of mushroom. Dry and alcoholic flavour, slihgtly roast and with some licorice. Strong and warming alcohol.
All Djævlebryg is unusual and I give credit for that, but this one didn’t surprise me in a positive way.
