Bouteille de 500ml. Meilleure avant le 29 mai 2012. Cette bière a une belle robe dorée foncée avec une mousse blanche. Le nez offre un malt sucré avec une couche de miel. La bouche est fade, il y a certainement une amertume des houblons mais on peu chercher les arômes et les saveurs de ceux-ci. Une bière sur le déclin. Dommage. 5/10

(50 cl, bb 29/05/2012) Un liquide à la robe orangée sur laquelle chevauche une petite tête mousseuse qui n’a que très peu de résistance. Un nez bien malté, tout près du vin d’orge, avec des parfums sortis d’un sac de Werther’s Original® et des fruits (papaye et mangue?) qui s’expriment à travers un houblonnage qui me semble peu poussé. Peut-être en est-il ainsi ou a-t-il été transformé par les aléas du temps. Un goût qui préfère aussi la domination des malts : se peut-il que le caramel au beurre aime le miel? Heureusement, dans une certaine mesure, un corps sucré qui trouve le moyen d’être touché par des houblons justement capables de contenir, toujours dans une certaine mesure, son hyperglycémie. Une bouche qui présente un corps bien portant avec un pétillement modéré et une texture proprement huileuse. Une finale qui se fait sur des notes plutôt riches qui sont intéressantes lorsque touchées par des notes amères. Une bière qui me semble être à la croisée des chemins.

Bottle. Light copper colour with a ittle white head. Floral aroma with honey and citrus. Bitter finish.

En botella.Color amarillento ambar un poco turbia.Aromas a lúpulo moderados con buen perfi de maltas.
Interesante.un poco alcoholica,pero entra bien.

Bottle, pours hazy copper with medium head.
Aroma is spicy, some yeast, caramel, fruits. Taste is medium bitterness. Medium body and carbon. Complex flavour.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a big off-white head. Good lacing. Dusty, hoppy and malty aroma with a milky note. As it warms, the milky note disappears and notes of hay takes its place. Not really bad or anything, but not entirely working for me either. Flavour is sweet, malty, hoppy and feels a bit greasy/oily. Bitter and sweet, malty finish with notes of hay and a lingering dryness. Overall this isn’t really doing anything for me. Its not really bad as such, but I think I’m just looking for some other (and more) things in an IIPA. More hops would have been ace, fore example. 21.10.11.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy copper with a small white head. Smells fruity hoppy. Tastes fruity hoppy and abit sweet with a bitter hoppy finish.
