Fruity, rather hoppy aroma, grapefruit, caramel, passion fruit, apples, a lightly toasted chocolate note, orange peel, spruce.
Off-dry, medium body, high bitterness, balanced CO2.
Fruity, hoppy taste, quite solid malty backbone, caramel, grapefruit, yeast, herbs. Ends quite bitter, with a somewhat rough, yeasty finish.

This pale ale has a slightly strange earthy taste, but it probably comes from the hops. Dark golden coulor with a fine white head. Hoppy aroma.

Cloudy amber pour with a thick, frothy, offwhite head. Nice aroma of fruity, resinous hops. Good flavor of fruity, resinous hops with mild bitterness. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Interesting.
