Bottle from haus der 100 biere, Berlin. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich, but artificial mango, citrus, malt and syrop.

Ratings #711, bottle from Pi Pa Po in Berlin

Well, I actually bought the series of these three (includes banana and palm lager as well) because I wanted Ghanese ratings. It’s apparently from Belgium, but whatever, I’m always into trying some beers I never had before. It a very light orange almost white beer, with practically no head. Aroma is horrible with cheap malts, synthetic candy and disgusting fruit-taste booze. Taste is much better fortunately allthough it is sugary sweet. Peach is most obvious (it doesn’t really taste like mango) and so it ammonium chloride and a light bitterness. Ammonium actually gives a nice perspective to this sweet beer. Medium palate, and the sweetness makes it seem thicker. Drinkable when you have come past the aroma.

Like some previous raters, tried this because it said it was from Ghana. It’s not.

EithCubes (3340) - GERMANY - MAR 11, 2012
Bottle, mine labelled at 4.0%. Nose is sugary-sweet and frothing mango puree. Sickly pale hazy orange with a white head. Taste is cloying, mango specifically but with the sweetness it’s hard to get much beyond ’fruit’. Slightly medicinal medium body. Not offensive, just needs be considered a base for a long drink rather than a beer.

Bottle at Haus der 100 biere, Berlin. Golden color, sweet mango aroma, touch of banana. Sweet sugary flavor, mango, banana and peach. Not horrible but close. Way too sweet to finish. Bought this because beer list said it was from Ghana, turn out is huyghe

Fruity chemical scent and tatse, also acidic and berry taste. Medium mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Hazy very pale straw yellow color.
More chemical than fruity.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet and loads of mango. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Light acidic finish. The acidity creates some form of balance as opposed to many othe fruit beers. 051210
