A standard Hefeweizen with nothing much specail to offer. However, this is generally a nice bear so drink away:D. All in all, the Fransiskaner is marginally better, in my opinion.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Nice fruity esters present. Moderate bitter nice fruity flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice hefe.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, fruits, wheat malt and hops.

Large creamy white head and a hazy golden body. Sparkling and fresh. Aroma of wheat, yeast and spiced with coriander. The taste is medium sweet, light sour and bitter.

From Walther, Ebeltoft, DK. Bottled, 051171. Yellow with white head. Aroma of wheat and banana. Flavor with cloves and yeast.

Bottle, large White head, not lasting. Unclear dark yellow color. Coriander aroma and taste. Bitter taste.

Dark yellow and unclear. Has a white head, medium duration. (Too carbonated, went out of the bottle). Faint spicy aroma, hoppy too. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic and light bitter. Watery texture.

Bottle, 5.5%. Spicy wheat beer aroma, coriander, I guess. Refreshing. Hazy yellow colour. Big semi-stable white head. The flavour is wheaty, slightly sweet. Has some of the same notes as the aroma. No banana. High carbonation.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy to hazy yellow with a small and yet collapsing white head. Aroma is phenolic and wheaty. Sweet and fruity flavoured. Phenolic and wheaty finish.
