A hazy yellow/orange colored beer, with a small off white head. The aroma is very spicey of cinnamon and clove. There is malt with laurel. The taste is also very spicy with the mentioned tastes. It’s some sweet with malt. The aftertaste is sweet with spices.

From Balthazar bottle at 24th Biermatinee, Oisterwijk. Hazy amber, medium head. Sweet, fruity aroma. Solid fruity flavours, on the sweet side, but still complex enough. A solid piece of work.

One glass from the special 12 liter bottle @ OBM: Small white foamy head. Color is slightly hazy dark orange. Smell is really strange, smells like a butcher shop. Also hints of iron. Taste is better than smell (of course). Fruity (orange), a bit of the carbon dioxide, like a lemonade, hops, spices and malts. Very well balanced and lovely (tripel-ish) taste.
