Bøttle: Pale golden and hazy, mid-sized, slowly diminishing fluffy head, sweet-grainy notes, mixed with a yeasty fruitiness in the aroma; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy, but all in all soft MF; juicy grainy and fruity finish with some shy hoppy influences. Pleasant, soft Bier........

It’s hazy, light-golden with a huge, creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of flower, fruit, bread and yeast. The mouth-feel is flat. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same nice notes as the aroma. The finish is slightly dry.

Had this on tap in the beautiful brewery in Altstadt Bad Windsheim. With a schinkenbrot for lunch and this beer next to it you immediatly feel like your back in the middle-ages. Great atmosphere! Malty and a little yeasty aroma. Cloudy, white/yellow color, white head, fair lace. Malty and grains very much present as well as a light sweetness and yeast. Short, light bitter finish.
