COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dangerously easy to drink. A smooth graininess up front moving into hints of banana, apricot and tropical fruits. Pleasantly hoppy and finishing with a dry spiciness.

Yellow with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat, biscuit malt and grass. The flavor is similar with some Belgian yeast, wheat, grass, candy sugar, biscuit malt and lemons. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

750 capped bottle from Blue Dog Lansdale. Pours turbid orangy dark straw colored with 1-finger white head. Nose is tropical citrus, hops, funky yeasty malt, florals. The nose doesn’t pop like the single and dubbel. Tastes dry, floral, citric, with notes of pineapple, resiny hops, and finishing white pepper and mild funky notes. A decent tripel, but not world class. Comes off more like an imperial witbier/IIPA hybrid.

750 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow brown with a fluffy white head. Nose is grain, honey, marshmallow, grass and basil. Medium body, a bit oily, with a buzz. Taste is golden raisin, toffee, lemon peel and earthy, bitter hops. Lingering notes of sour pineapple. Like the dubbel this is classically inspired but controls the cloying sweetness I usually find with the style.
