COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dock Street’s Cream Ale is a light but flavorful ale, best noted for its crisp malt profile and delicate fruitiness lent by both American Ale yeast and a characteristic addition of dextrose (corn sugar). Balanced by 10 IBU’s and a finishing addition of Styrian Golding Hops, and weighing in at around a humble 5% ABV, this is the quintessential to bring in the warmer months.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of malt, grain, hops, corn, and a hint of vegetables. Poured pale yellow in color with a tiny white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of malt, grain, corn, and a hint of hops. Light to medium body. Slick texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet finish is lightly dry and a tad sticky.

Had on tap at Grey Lodge ... Hazy honey golden pour light white head ... aroma of sweet malt and light fruits ..... taste of creamy sweet malts some fruits .... can definitely tase the corn syrup ... with a light lingering sweet aftertaste .... its light and not a style often found on tap .... they did a good job bringing this back .... won a silver medal in 1992 GABF
