COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a single fermented Abbey Ale with an American twist. Its sweetness, typical of the style, is rounded out with American Athanum hops in the finish. Gail's Ale puts a new spin on an old world flavor.

On Tap at Dock Street. Amber color with a medium white head. Aroma has some pleasant raisin, bread, and yeast detectable. Flavor is like a light dubbel with the dark fruit/sugar mixing well with a nice hop finish. Tasty and highly drinkable.
