COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brown porter was brewed with ‘old-world’ style in mind. Black and chocolate malts create its deep mahogany appearance and creamy nutty flavor. A blend of American Centennial and English Fuggles hops lends a delicate hop presence.

Pours black with an off white big bubble head into a pint glass from tap. Aroma seems kinda of sweet, but the restaurants pizza oven is smoky so it?s hard to tell. Taste is dry and roasty. A little coffee. Medium thick mouth feel with a faint sharp carbonation.

Pours dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma has dark chocolate and roasty charred notes. Flavor has really nice roasty/charred notes as well...a touch of nuttiness, and dark bakers chocolate to go with nice earthy hops. Mouthfeel is medium and silky/creamy with a dry roasty/charred finish lingering with dark chocolate and earthy hops. pretty direct and classic porter but tasty and well made!
