Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, small white head, good lacing. Aroma of pure caramel, taste is similar, with subtle lemon. I would not guess that this is a saison, too sweet and strong, not enough funk. Still a tasty beer though.

Poured a clear orange amber with a lingering ring of amber bubbles. Aromas of straw, carmel, fruittiness and light pepper. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, carmel, light fruittiness and light pepper with a smooth dry lingering peppery finish.

Bottle @ Ratman’s. Pours a fairly clear, dark orange appearance with little head. Somewhat spicy, light citrusy, somewhat herbal nose. A bit thin, strong, spicy yeasty, a bit boozy, strong malty flavor. Bleh.

Draft at CAH. Pours hazy deep gold w 1f white head. Nose is pale malt, funky, floral, and hops. Tastes malty, floral, fruity, dry spicy, a tiny bit cloying, and very complex. Reminds me of a slightly thicker Gold Monkey.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2011 Draft at the Iron abbey with Linh, Dallas and Ann. Pours a clear orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is pretty plain - light lager notes with pepper and wheat. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of bitter citrus, honey, and pepper. Definitely hides the 10% well, but a little lacking in overall flavor.

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, coriander, orange peel, lemon pepper, grass, citrus fruits, vanilla, and light alcohol. Taste of citrus fruits, pepper, coriander, banana, honey, and a dryish finish.

Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of saison yeast, light hops, and citrus. Poured yellow in color with a tiny white head around the edges only. Hazy. Not sparkling. Small lacing. Flavor is light to medium sweet and slightly bitter. Tastes of hops, saison yeast, grain, light citrus, slight grass, and slight pepper. Light to medium body. Thin, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Dry, yeast, slight grass, and hop finish. 10%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Tap at FQB. Pours a hazy yellow/golden with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of spicy saison yeast notes, lots of citrus, black pepper and tropical fruits. Flavor of the same spicy saison notes, bready, clove, banana, citrus and tropical fruits. Very dry almost pushing too "thin". Abv very well hidden.

On tap at the Drafting Room, Exton. Mild Belgian yeast aroma. Some bitter hop oil/resin and grass. Light neutral fruity character. Medium amber cloudy with off-white creamy lacing head. Medium-heavy body with medium carbonation and alcohol warming. Starts medium sweet with alcohol, pilsner malt, and mild bitterness. Decent hop flavor, though more bitter than taste. Sweet finish with good bitterness. Belgian yeast notes and some light grain hop astringency. Nice ale.
