Pours a deep golden color with foamy head. Nose full of yeast, spice and floral notes. Flavor was fruity, peppery, hoppy, yeasty, and anything else that ends in a "y"! Lasting finish. This beer just kept getting better as I drank it, not just because of the 10%ABV either!

Draft at CAH. Pours hazy deep gold w 1f white head. Nose is pale malt, funky, floral, and hops. Tastes malty, floral, fruity, dry spicy, a tiny bit cloying, and very complex. Reminds me of a slightly thicker Gold Monkey.

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, coriander, orange peel, lemon pepper, grass, citrus fruits, vanilla, and light alcohol. Taste of citrus fruits, pepper, coriander, banana, honey, and a dryish finish.

Floral and lightly bitter hop aroma with medium fruity sweetness and a bit o funk but not much. Easy for a saison. Fruits, sweet, almost candylike sweetness but not overpowering, real faint, floral, light hop presence. Some yeast to really finish it out. A bit sweeter than Im used to in a saison but real nice, I thought.

On tap at the Drafting Room, Exton. Mild Belgian yeast aroma. Some bitter hop oil/resin and grass. Light neutral fruity character. Medium amber cloudy with off-white creamy lacing head. Medium-heavy body with medium carbonation and alcohol warming. Starts medium sweet with alcohol, pilsner malt, and mild bitterness. Decent hop flavor, though more bitter than taste. Sweet finish with good bitterness. Belgian yeast notes and some light grain hop astringency. Nice ale.

Draft at Capones. Pours out a cloudy golden color with little to no head. Aroma is of sweet fruity notes, earth, yeast, pepper, tea leaves and light spice. Taste is complex, fruity yeasty notes, citrus hops, earth, peppercorn, grain, grass, light honey and a slight burn of alcohol creeping up on you on the rather dry finish.
