A nice spiced aroma with herbal hints. Pale chalky yellow with thin white head. A soft texture with nice complementary spice and herb notes; a great take on the saison.

Draft at Capone’s. Poured gold with champagny carbonation and spare lace. Nose is floral, spicy, fruity, and funky. Tastes medium on the palate, lively, champangy, with funky, yeasty, fruity, and floral notes.

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pils malt, citrus, light floral hops, toast, and light spices. Taste of citrus, grass, skunky hops, spices, wheat, and some bitterness in the finish.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medium yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aromas of yeast, spices, herbal and bananas. Tastes of pepperiness, spices, citrus and herbal. Lacin left on the glass.

(Draught) Pours a hazy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemongrass, pepper, earthiness, and grass. Flavor of pepper, florals, yeast, light lemon zest, and earth with a dry finish.
