COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The 3rd in our summer long series of Saisons. Table saisons are low alcohol ales that were historically brewed as a drink to accompany meals during the hot summer and as sustenance for farm hands. They were also beers that could be enjoyed by the whole family. Despite it’s low alcohol content, Saison Petite is full flavored from the use of Munich malt which lends a rich bready profile. There were no bittering hops added to this ale, only a healthy addition of flavor and aroma hops.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of malt, hops, grains, light saison yeast, and a hint of wheat bread crust. Poured gold/apple juice in color with a medium-sized, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Lightly hazy. Lightly sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of malt, yeast, slight spice, slight rye, bread, and some lemon. Light to medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet malt and slight spice finish is slightly dry.

Cream soda look light copper thin white head orange tint .... aroma is fruity saison yeast and a little spicy bready hops .... taste is of fruity saison yeast and lemony, bready with a spicy zest to it that flows into the finish and lingers .... a very sessionable saison
