A blonde colored unfiltered interpretation of a German Kolsch. Crisp and clean flavor with nicet balance between hops and malt. This easily drinkable beer is perfect for any occasion. 25 IBU’s

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild peachy and citrusy hoppy. Citrusy, light grassy. Mellow. Lingering smooth fruity finish.

On tap at Dock Street. Light crisp aroma with a little bit of hops and a touch of sulfur. Medium straw amber clear with thin white head. Medium watery body with heavy carbonation. Starts medium dry like a decent kölsch. Beany hop notes with a dry bitter finish. Bitter after with a bit of sulfur but not a detraction. Medium bitter lasting on the tongue.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy malty aroma with light floral hops. The flavor has flowery hops, grainy malts, and a light sweetness. Not bad.

Tap, part of a sampler at this brewpub. And I did partake in a pitcher of this after the sampler was exhausted. A great Kolsch! Probably among the best I have had, pours light and clear with no carbonation, aroma is sweet flows through to the taste which is also sweet. Palate has a nice milky texture that was somewhat surprising to me. I liked this one!

on tap-pours a dissipating white head and yellow color. Aroma is grassy, grain. Taste is grassy (saaz) hops, grain. OK/mild carbonation.

Golden color with a slightly tart, malty aroma with a bit of citrus detectable. Flavor is lightly malty, heavy with citrus and a nice tanginess. Not bad for a style that rarely does it for me.
